Plastic Comb Binding London
Documents bound with plastic comb can open completely flat on a desk and this method allows for 360-degree rotation of the bound pages.
A big advantage that comb binding has over the other binding systems is that more pages can be added after the initial binding by opening the plastic comb.
Our plastic comb binding comes with clear plastic front cover and a card and clear plastic back cover.
We can bind up to 400 sheets together (80 gsm paper).
We offer white and black plastic combs.
We offer plastic comb binding for documents of A4, A5, A6 and A3 size. A3 plastic comb binding can be done on the short edge only.
We can also bind custom size documents up to A3 size.
If you have a few documents to print and bind, we can offer plastic comb binding on the spot.
For large quantities of printing and binding, we offer same day plastic comb binding or plastic comb binding within 24 hours.
Once your documents are printed and bound, you can collect them from our Central London printing centre. We are open every day from 9.00 to 23.00.
We also offer a same day courier service to London postcodes or standard delivery service to the rest of the UK.

If you have your document already printed and you just need plastic comb binding, please bring your document and let us know your binding requirements. We need to know:
– if you want the document bound on the short or long edge
– the colour of the plastic comb you need (black or white)

If you need printing and binding, you can visit us at Elephant and Castle, Central, London or email us your and let us know:
– if you need colour or black and white printing
– if you need single- or double-sided printing
– you paper choice (thickness of paper, matt or silk)
– if you want your document printed full bleed
– what colour of plastic comb you need (black or white)
– if you need your document bound on the short or on the long edge.

Please, note that an order is considered placed only after the payment has been received. You can arrange the payment in person, over the phone or online.
The preferred file format for your documents is PDF but we also accept Word and Powerpoint documents.
Ideally, your document should be designed with a resolution of 300 dpi. All important information should be placed 1-2 cm off edge and minimum 2 cm off the binding edge.
For full bleed documents, we need a bleed of 3mm.
We stock a wide range of paper and card. Choose paper or card with a thickness of 80 gsm to 350 gsm with silk or matt finish.
If you are not sure about the perfect paper for your document, you are welcome to come by and check our paper sample book.
Once printed your document can be bound with black or white plastic comb.
We put clear plastic on the front and the back of the document and a card back as a standard.
If you have just a few documents to bind or to print and bind, we can do that on the spot. It is always good to give us a quick call before coming and check the waiting times.
You can also email us your documents and printing and binding requirements and collect them when ready. We offer same day printing and plastic comb binding or for bigger amounts, the usual turnaround is 24 hours.
We are open every day including Saturday and Sunday and you can place and collect your orders over the weekend.
All printed and bound documents can be collected from our London printing centre.
We also offer same day courier delivery to London and surrounding areas.
Standard delivery or next day courier delivery is available for the rest of the UK.
