Order Information
To place an order for a custom name badge printing, you can visit us at Elephant and Castle, Central London or email us your files together with your printing requirements.
We need:
– the details you want on the badges (in Excel)
– the type of fixings
-the number of badges
We will come back to you with a quote.
Please, note that an order is considered placed only after the payment has been received. You can arrange the payment in person, over the phone or online.
If you don’t have the individual name cards ready, we can create them for you. We need the data for the cards provided in an Excel document.
If you already have the name cards, please send the files in PDF format. We can also accept jpg documents.
Ideally, your document should be designed with a resolution of 300 dpi and the size you want it printed. For full bleed printing, please leave a bleed of 3 mm. Please, place the text and any important information at least 1 cm off the edge.
We can print personalised name badges and conference badges in the following approximate sizes:
– 60x90mm horizontal – to be used with a clip or a pin
– 224x68mm vertical – to be used with a lanyard
– 90x55mm landscape horizontal – to be used with a lanyard
We print the name cards and conference badges on silk or matt card.
Let us know if you want them printed on different card or paper. We stock a variety of paper and card from 80 gsm to 300 gsm thickness – matt, silk and uncoated, white, off-white and ivory.
